We run our own build of p2, an agent workspace, with plugins for the way we work: specialists that hold an ongoing role in a project, hand work to each other and keep a short record of who owns what.

Around it sit the runtimes that let agents touch the world carefully. Surf drives a browser in its own window without taking over the person's tabs. Credentials fill forms and run commands from a vault without the value ever passing through the model. Each runtime has one narrow job and leaves a record.
