Kith reads the places relationships actually live, such as email and messages, with read-only access you grant one source at a time. It keeps distilled notes and touchpoints, not raw correspondence, in an append-only ledger on your own machine.
Ask it who you have not followed up with, or what you last talked about with someone, and it answers with the reasons it can show. Anything marked confidential stays out of search and briefs.
Model output is treated as a suggestion to review, never as permission to act. That boundary is the product.
